Art meets algorithm. One thread, 6,500 meters, two portraits.
In April 2017, Y&R Group Switzerland launched an international campaign for tailor-made jeans manufacturer SelfNation, merging art, mathematics, and fashion with new media artist Petros Vrellis. Using a single 6,500-meter-long thread, he created two algorithmically generated portraits of Swiss fashion influencers reflecting the precision of SelfNation's tailor-made jeans.
