During his time at WongDoody Mr Vitiello was mainly responsible for the following tasks:

  • Development and implementation of integrated creative concepts and 360° campaigns for bonprix, including TV, OOH/DOOH, digital, and social media channels, with strong attention to visual quality and detail.

  • Modernization of the bonprix brand image, evolving its communication from catalogue-based to contemporary, trend-oriented, and digital-first storytelling.

  • Concept creation, art direction, and presentation of campaign ideas and visual directions till the executive-level clients, combining strategic insight with high aesthetic standards.

  • Active contribution to new business pitches and projects for other major brands such as Otto and Bosch eBikes, bringing innovative ideas and engaging visual solutions across formats.

  • Collaboration with international teams (New York office) on large-scale pitch, providing forward thinking, visually strong concepts.

  • Team support and mentoring of junior/mid level creatives, fostering collaboration, ideas and art direction development.

  • Mr Vitiello possesses excellent in-depth specialist knowledge even in peripheral fields, which he always applied to our business processes in a most effective and beneficial manner. Due to his very good perception, he was always able to understand complex situations immediately and to find very good solutions straight away. Mr Vitiello always worked using his own initiative and completely identified with his responsibilities and our company at all times. He always displayed an impressive level of dedication and motivation. In extremely stressful situations, he always displayed exemplary resilience.

    He always completed his tasks completely independently, extremely carefully and according to a well thought-out plan. He worked calmly, thoughtfully, in a target-oriented manner and extremely precisely at all times. He continuously impressed us particularly in terms of quality and quantity. Mr Vitiello always was extremely reliable.

    He was always able to find excellent solutions for any problems which arose. The performance of Mr Vitiello always earned our full recognition in every respect.

    He was respected by everyone for his consistently friendly and well-balanced demeanour. He was always helpful, courteous, and if necessary, he put the interests of others before his own. His personal conduct towards his line managers, colleagues and clients was always exemplary and loyal.

    Mr Vitiello is leaving our employment on 30 November 2025 for operational reasons. We sincerely regret his departure, as we are losing a very capable employee. We would like to thank him for his consistently very good performance and wish him all the best and continued success in his future professional career and private life.

DELICA DIGITAL

Mr. Roberto Vitiello has been working for our company since 01.04.2020. From 01.04.2020 as Senior Creative and since 06.07.2020 as Teamlead Design. His essential duties as Teamlead Design include:

  • Leading the Design Team, including fostering development through feedback and target discussions, as well as personnel selection.

  • Workload planning for the Design Team.

  • Contact person for design questions internally and externally.

  • Team planning and participation in the design of agency processes and other workflows.

  • Concept and idea development for digital campaigns.

  • Leading creative projects and implementing innovative, effective brand work.

  • Design and further development of the tone and the Look & Feel of the brands under his care.

  • Close collaboration with the Content Team.

Mr. Vitiello possesses good specialist knowledge, which he contributes to our company in a profitable manner. Mr. Vitiello demonstrated a lot of personal initiative and fully identifies with his tasks and our company, also convincing through his enthusiasm. Even in situations with the heaviest workload, he proves to be resilient.

He carries out all tasks independently. He always acts calmly and thoughtfully. In doing so, he convinces both in terms of quality and quantity. Mr. Vitiello is highly reliable. He finds very good solutions for problems that arise. Mr. Vitiello's performance receives our full recognition.

He is universally highly valued because of his consistently friendly and balanced nature. He is helpful, courteous, and, if necessary, puts personal interests aside. His behavior towards superiors, colleagues, and customers is exemplary and loyal.

Mr. Vitiello receives this interim reference at his own request. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Vitiello for the work done so far.
